Is it possible to create a bottom-up BOM on SolidWorks?

See attached screenshot (the designation is at the bottom and the numbers increment upwards)

Yes, just left-click on the top corner to select the whole table and then click on "header at the top of the page" (the penultimate icon)

 

Your table will flip.
