In DraftSight, I can't view the images inserted in the drawing window, but I can print them... How to do it?

When I insert an image with the insert -reference image command, only the frame of the image is displayed. I can't find the command to bring up this image in the drawing window.

I installed DraftSight on another computer and I don't have this problem. There is surely a configuration problem but which one?

Thank you in advance for your comments on the matter!

Hello

On both workstations, do you have the same software to see the images etc?

Have you ever tried to reinstall it on the workstation or it doesn't work???

Thank you for your comment.

On the post that doesn't show the photo I have the V3R1.1 X64 version. It's not the latest version but a priori I have the same versions of DraftSight on both workstations. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to control it today...

Well, I deleted and reinstalled the 2015 program (with the 2017 tutorial without which it won't start).  I can now see the photo but if I change the zoom, it disappears. I have to reactivate it every time with the yes - no toggle of the properties menu transparency!!

For more info see the attached WORD file.

Hello, when in doubt check for windows and graphics card updates.

As much as there is a difference at this level between the 2 computers.
