Is it possible in Edrawing to measure an angle between 2 circles?

Indeed we can't a priori select the circles or the cylinders, but if you select the faces we get the angle. I don't know if it can help you!

Thank you for the solution, but impossible to implement when there are several angles in a row.

It works on tubes, you have to select the drilling measurement then click on the 2 desired cylindrical faces and it gives the distances and the angle in the result window:
