Are they simply not hidden, to be checked via the Aim-Up Display toolbar.

You have to right-click on the name of the asm at the top of the feature manager and choose the option "show the details of the functions":

The opposite option is "show hierarchy only":

This setting is local to each file, hence the "random" aspect
