Data card: display the first characters in automatic

Hello

The data cards are pre-filled automatically.

We have easy access to the assembly number $"PRP:"SW-BOM Part Number

Our number is written N°Projet_N°Isa

Would it be possible to retrieve and display that the project number is the first 8 characters with a function similar to the one we have on Excell? left($"PRP:"SW-BOM Part Number; 8)

This is something that can be done automatically when the state changes using the PDM TaskActions task tool in the myPDMtools suite.

Hello

I send this answer to the person who set up the data card template for us. If you have additional information to go to task property, I'm interested because it doesn't mean anything to me at all...
