Decal in ipiece

Hello

I created a part file to represent a sticker. This sticker is used in many of my assemblies. It is applied either to flat faces or to cylinders and must therefore conform to the shape.

To do this, I have created a family  that works well as long as I remain in the file of the part. If I place the sticker in an assembly, I no longer have the decal. The generated files include only solid.

Do you have a trick to make the decals appear or can you suggest another method?

Thank you.

Thank you for your answer GT22.

My concern is not to create a decal, but to create a file (document referenced at home) with a decal and that adapts to flat and cylindrical surfaces.

This file should appear in my nomenclatures.

That's why I created an ipièce. It may not be the best method, but it is the one that seemed to me the easiest.

The problem is that you don't see the decal when I insert this file into a set.

I got an answer from my supplier (ARICAD)

The decal function does not work with derived functions.

No possible coverage of a decal in a family and it's a shame.
