Uncheck "normal material removal" in the symmetry function

Hi all

Let me explain, I remove material by extrusion on a bent sheet metal part. (under SW)

The part is bent symmetrically on each side, and I'd like to use the symmetry feature to have my material removal on both sides.

But at validation, here is the message it gives me: (see pj)

My question is: where is this famous "normal material removal" that must be unchecked?
