Decomposition Xref

Hello forum,

I received an autocad file with an Xref.

I want to change elements of the xref while working on the main drawing, but here's the thing, the Xref is a single block (or something else) and when I select an element, the whole Xref is selected.

I'm struggling to transform all my drawing + Xref into the same drawing.... impossible.

A little idea please?

I don't know if it's possible to modify the content of an Xref from the calling plan.
You have to open the Xref and modify it.
Nothing prevents you from having the 2 open in parallel in the same Autocad session
