Sheet metal cutting impossible

Hi all

I need to take over and modify a customer's sheet metal part, but I'm having a problem.

Unable to create a normal inclined plane extrusion since the last sketch named: "oblong sketch"

the error message is bizzare: "The function could not cut the model".

I'm on 2018 SP5.

 

IF anyone can take a look at it and tell me if it's me or the file that's messing around!?

Hello 

The "Corner Notching2" function seems to make the part volume unstable, if you do the extrusion before this notching function it works.
