Undo the extraction of an absent user

Hello

I would like to validate an assembly, this is not possible because it is extracted and in minor modification by another user who is absent.

I don't have access to his local folder.

Even as an admin I can't do it.

Do you know a trick to deal with this request?

Kind regards

Hello

Here is a link to appropriate a file:

EPDM Yield File

Or else I think it will go through the action of the PDM admin unfortunately.

I have been approving  them recently , but  I don't know how to proceed.

Do you know how to do it?

Thank you

You have to ask the IT department for the colleague's password!

Unfortunately, the IT department does not give out the passwords  and does not connect to the computer without the permission of the person concerned.

It's a shame then, just waiting for the colleague to come back:(

Hello

In addition, with the Admin account (and not a user account with administrative rights) the remote extraction cancellation operation is possible. However, you lose the changes made.

If connected to the user's computer, you can force archiving (since the file is physically available, which is not the case remotely).

As far as the second method is concerned, this is the reason why it is advisable to put the root of the vault on the root of the storage disk (whether it is C:\ or other) in order to have access to it, regardless of the user who connects to the computer.
