Defect in tuliping

Hello

Can someone explain to me what a tuliping defect is?

Please

Hello

For me, a tuliping defect would be the gap between 2 planes that are supposed to be coplanar. We talk about Tulipage for car steering wheels for example.

In the screenshot, I have a 20mm tulip.

We can also associate this with a funnel effect

I hope my description will adapt to your situation.

Hello

As a synonym for tuliping we could give flare as actually on a steering wheel, a valve...

Kind regards

Hello

The term tuliping is also used in aluminium joinery: deformation of a roller shutter slide at the end to facilitate the passage from the curtain to the box.
