I'm facing a small problem with sheet metal that I can't quite understand.
I create a part with folds in all directions (happiness!), I unfold my CAD model in order to make a clearance at the bending nodes and avoid any problems of material return, fold the CAD model. No worries so far, everything is well taken into account.... But when I create my unfold, one of the clearances is not taken into account.
Have any of you ever had this problem? How did you get out of it?
I think I've already had a similar problem.
Have you tried to apply the clearance only on one side and to make a symmetry just to see.
Or try to make your clearance slightly smaller by a tenth of a millimeter for example. (to see if the problem persists)

You have to unfold the part then expand unfolded state then edit the unfolded state 1 function and uncheck corner processing there it should work.

I went to the properties of the unfolded function and unchecked the "corner processing" option... Problems solved.
Where it's strong is that by rechecking it, the problem is always gone. Total misunderstanding of the thing, it must be a knot a little too complex for Sldws!
In short, problems solved and that's the main thing
