Never seen before... Which version and pack are you on?
Have you tried to close solidworks and reopen it? Or to redo a drawing to find out if it still does the same thing?
If the problem persists, there may be a bug or a breakdown on solidworks, at which point make a repair or reinstallation. However, I could not help you with that.

There may be a graphical problem, are the drivers up to date? Certified drivers for Solidworks?
Which version of solidworks is used, maybe a service pack to install to fix the problem?

Otherwise try a solidworks repair:
Control panel then add/remove program and there look for Solidworks then right click on it then repair...
