Move sketch patterns along a spline curve

Hello

A customer sent me a 3D revolving part with some patterns following a curve/spline

I would like to modify the guide curve of these patterns, I therefore establish a spline curve to which I would like to "move" all my patterns by keeping the tangency constraints for example to keep a certain homogeneity between these patterns.

But I don't know how to go about it. I created a spline by going through all the patterns in the hope of moving them easily, but no, I can't.

Do you have a solution?
