Hello

You just need to do a very small removal of material at the edge and use this mini stop as a fixed part when using the convert to sheet metal or insert a bend function.

Here's a phony piece I created to show you how I would have created it. I didn't manage to do what I wanted, FeatureWorks doesn't correctly recognize the functions you used (it gives me a lot of surface)...

The solution that gt22 offers also works, here is a tutorial I had made about it...
