you make a sketch on the plane of part B, you project the drilling of part A onto part B, you close your sketch and you make your drilling in relation to the point of your new sketch. your piercings will follow one another. This operation is to be done in your *ipt file.

otherwise there is in the design tab the screw assembly module you can create threads of smooth holes and import your screws directly into it
