Development/Flattening of a Rounded Corner for Fab

Hello
Does anyone have a solution on SW to develop this corner to then be able to manufacture it in-house (currently we go through a mechanical subcontractor to make it).

Apart from stamping either in 1 part or in 2 half shells I don't see how to make this part.

Or see if it is possible to adapt with a more standard ISO or metric background:
