Hello

replace the Surface-Scan1 function with boss/swept base then then you just have to break a corner leaving 0.1 of right part then on this small side use the insert folds function and there it should unfold.

Here is the part under SW 2015 without the crown. I tried to put it in STEP and then use feature works but it didn't recognize the sheet metal part.
