By doing a circular repetition of a hole, it gives me a different position of 0.01mm on my drawing!!

It wouldn't be a matter of rounding according to the number of decimal places, by chance
On the other hand, in your PDF I don't see the gap you are talking about. (Gloupss)

I checked the rounding, it's good.
The gap is on the odds of 17.98 I should have 17.99.

In fact I found, you have to dimension a diameter and an angle to position the 1st hole, and then it works.
