Difference from one PC to another

Hi all

On SolidWorks, 2023 SP4.0, at the BE we have our file templates and our common basemaps.
On the background plans, there is a note related to the sheet metal thickness property, on my RAS PC everything is fine.

On one of my colleagues' (as well as on his) this same property is displayed as follows.

For each clip, he is obliged to modify the background plan and correct the note so that it displays correctly. On this same PC, the basemaps are in the USA version and not in Europe... while the setting settings are OK.

Does anyone have a solution please?

copy the SW settings from one station OK, reload the settings on the other station

check that the version update versions are the same from one workstation to another
