Hello everyone,
In assemblies, I use "Component Line Font" to differentiate certain components from others by a color.
My question is the following: Is it possible to associate a text in the nomenclature in such a way that each component that is of a different color in the nomenclature can indicate it?
Thank you and have a good day!

Hello
yes it is possible by creating a custom property "color" that you will have to fill in and create a nomenclature the MEP and add a column by hovering over the nomenclature the letters of the columns appear and you right click on one of the letters and insert column (right or left) and in the 1st box you leave custom property and in the 2nd you search for the property "color " and then you must not forget to save the new nomenclature by right-clicking on it and then saving as. See PJ

Using my way you have to anticipate the colors so that you can follow the color nomenclature. The Isometric view will be with the colors of the parts and the other views will be made with the colors of "Component Line Font" which will correspond to the nomenclature you will have to follow.

Ok thanks, on the other hand it is not at all possible to do it automatically? That is to say that the color on the plan directly follows the color of the custom property?
Thank you
Hello
To my knowledge, there is no other way for the color to follow in the nomenclature. You may be able to use the same "Component Line Font" layer with the balloons to link to the BOM see PJ
