Hello
I want to insert several different textures into a file". PRT" (wood, tile, concrete,...) but I can't find how to do it.
Is this possible? If so, should the texture be added to a face or to a feature (e.g. bossing)?
I haven't found an answer on the forum so I'm counting on you to enlighten me!
Thanks in advance

Hello.
Yes, that's right. You can add a texture to a surface, a function. But also on a body.
It's handy on large parts. You just have to divide them into several bodies.
See you.

When you drag the texture onto your piece you have the possibility to:
- Putting texture on your piece
- put the texture on the sides (the longest !!!)
- Putting texture on your body

if you want several textures on a piece
The faces of these parts must be selected, but these faces must be well defined
in general we avoid
we create independent parts with configs specific to the said parts
which makes it possible to better see and account for these said products
Each room has its own ref and its own density config

A screenshot would be welcome

Sorry to answer only now, I'm a work-study student and I was in class this week.
Thank you for your answers, I can pretty much get by even if I can't find all the textures I need.
Maybe it's possible to import an image of the texture I want to use in solidworks?
Thanks in advance
PS: I'll give you a screenshot when my work is more advanced, for the moment it doesn't look great.
