I'm a stonemason and we use SolidWorks to model simple and sometimes complex volumes like what I have to make
I make a helical staircase with a rather complex stringer especially on the first three steps where I have deformed growths due to the helical. I've tried several manipulations but solid does what it wants..... see photo (apparently we can only put one photo)
You can put several photos via the icon in the taskbar
(the postcard with the mountain)
and post a file via attachment choose a file
redo your first 3 steps including the stringer
It's doable but not very simple
will have to work with smoothing and sweeping
and above all have odds with the right refs
what version do you have of SW

It's nice to have answered me, I've already made the staircase and the stringer, I'm sending you the assembly file. I tried with smoothing and balayage but it does things that don't correspond to reality. I have SW 2018 it doesn't seem to work to put other photos you don't have an email like that I send you other photos
