I am in the process of making a calculation of the dimensions of a glycerine cooler (tube and calender exchanger) and I want to know how to choose the diameter of the tube sheet and especially the shoulders of the gasket and the bolting area.

with which product you will cool

Connection joints will be defined according to the type of product and the passage section
