I "played" with all the resolutions but nothing helps, even on the 2 screens, the video card is a Quadro 4000, also an update of the driver of this card has been made, could it be the coming of this problem??

The screenshot is not easy to read... are you talking about the "Machine" window on the second screen (on the right)?
Have you tried extending the taskbar (Windows) to the second screen?

When you're not in solidworks (for example when you're in the internet navicator (Chrome for you) from what I see) is that the other applications take up all the space on both screens.
AMHA CAM has nothing to do with it, look at windows because he is the one who manages all this
Start menu ==> settings ==> display ==> and look at the choice of multiple screens if it is on "Extend these displays" as well as the screen resolution which seems too high in your case.
