My Rotate toolbar when inserting a component into the assembly is gone.
It is impossible to make it appear. Do you have a solution?

First of all, I am very happy to welcome you on the forum. 
I hope that we can help you solve some problems, but also that we can benefit from your knowledge and experience.
For your problem, the display of the mimi window is not very easy. I don't use it anymore because it's not practical at all, especially for sub-assemblies
If you have the 2022 version and maybe previous version, there is a much more practical function in my opinion.
