I want to draw a 45° elbow under Draftsight in isometric view, what is the method to follow

I would say: draw it with SolidWokrs or another 3D software and then export it in DWG!

Otherwise, they explain the method for AutoCAD here, it shouldn't be much different for DraftSight:
