+Draftsight has stopped working

Hello.

 

I've been using the free version of draftsight on two independent computers for many years. I reset them from time to time at the request of the program. But for a few days, on both computers, when opening this program, a message appears "Draftsight has stopped working... Windows will close this program" On one of the computers, I have the 32-bit version, on the other the 64-bit version.

 

I scanned the computer connected to the internet with my antivirus. I deleted the folder with the activation key as I had already done two years ago when the program asked, without updating anything, to renew the registration. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program... nothing changes.

 

Does anyone have an explanation and a solution to this problem.

You need to download a patch

Thank you, at the same time as I received this message, I just discovered the same question already solved since... 45 minutes

I load Pack 1 and I imagine that my problem will disappear.

Hi, I'm coming back to the question because, on the publisher's website, downloads don't work!

In both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions I have a failure at the end of the download.???

Well, I'll come back to the problem. The 2017 version downloads don't work, but I was able to download the Hotfix 2017 folder.

I ran this program on my two computers and miracle, both the installed version of Drafsight in 32 bits and  in 64 bits work again!
