DraftSight Annotative Rating

Good evening

I'm desperately trying to find out if DraftSight does (like AutoCAD its dad) annotative quotation.

For those who don't know, this means only 1 type of dimension, and the software does the math to always have the text at the same height (3 for example)

In addition, on AutoCAD, it allows you to display only the dimensions you want in different views (Cutche + and cutche -)

I found the option in the dimension style: 'Scale dimensions according to the sheet' but nothing helps.

thank you for your help because I struggle a lot with this

Hello

I think you have to look in the options and create a dimension style specific to your options in the " active draft" menu

Kind regards

Denis

Hello

Thank you for taking the time to respond, but it doesn't help me much.

From my research and questions about trainers like me, it seems that NO, it is not possible.

If you can give me any other information, I'm still listening..

Hello

As indicated in the 2 links below, DraftSight does not support annotative quotation:

"many newer AutoCAD features are absent, such as [...] annotative objects."
