DraftSight: I don't have access to the constrained function; What for?

Hello

On Draftsight, I have a bar or ribbon with all the applicable constraints such as _DCHORIZONTAL to put horizontal or _GCPARALLEL to put parallel to X. When I click on this function, the command window tells me "Order not recognized". Why don't I have access to these features? I'm putting a screenshot for a better understanding.

Hello;

It looks like you have a Standard version of Draftsight. It's been a long time since I last worked with this software, but, from memory, these versions don't have access to 3D tools (like constraints)....
