I have just installed Draftsight on my computer and I am experiencing discomfort! .when I want to move on my sheet I press the mouse wheel the move is done, on the other hand at the same time it zooms me in. Is there a possibility to no longer have the zoom and to keep the movement?

Indeed, you can move and zoom at the same time by holding down the wheel and rotating the wheel. Maybe you have a mouse with a free wheel and the slightest movement on the wheel makes you zoom in.
With a notched mouse wheel, I don't have this problem.

Yes, so as @Philippe B. says, it's not a software problem, it's a hardware problem. A solution would be to configure the zoom differently, like press CTRL to zoom in and out.
Otherwise change the mouse.
