Hello
I'm currently in the process of building a sheet metal part library.
To do it as quickly as possible, I automated everything via Driveworks Xpress.
But I have a small problem with the thickness settings, it gives me an error every time.
Does anyone have an idea?
I attach the screen print of the ereur in question.
FYI, I'm on 2014 SP2
(I rushed a bit to the old post, my problem was not solved...)

What version of SolidWorks are you in?
There are quite a few bugs reported on the KnowledgeBase of the SolidWorks site, some are closed, others are still open, but it depends on the language:
https://customerportal.solidworks.com/eservice_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEMethod=GotoRecord&SWEService=SWGotoRecord&ViewName=SW+All+Defects+List+customerportal+-+Search&BusObject=Product+Defect&BusComp=Product+Defect&Id=1-1BBWEFX&SRN=
In Portuguese, resolved:
https://customerportal.solidworks.com/eservice_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEMethod=GotoRecord&SWEService=SWGotoRecord&ViewName=SW+All+Defects+List+customerportal+-+Search&BusObject=Product+Defect&BusComp=Product+Defect&Id=1-JHWELL&SRN=
In resolute German also:
https://customerportal.solidworks.com/eservice_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEMethod=GotoRecord&SWEService=SWGotoRecord&ViewName=SW+All+Defects+List+customerportal+-+Search&BusObject=Product+Defect&BusComp=Product+Defect&Id=1-1QYWSJL&SRN=
But this one is still open:
https://customerportal.solidworks.com/eservice_enu/start.swe?SWECmd=InvokeMethod&SWEMethod=GotoRecord&SWEService=SWGotoRecord&ViewName=SW+All+Defects+List+customerportal+-+Search&BusObject=Product+Defect&BusComp=Product+Defect&Id=1-1BBWEFX&SRN=
So it looks like a bug that is still relevant!

So the Germans and the Portuguese are very good at solving problems!

It's 2014
Indeed, it's a point in progress (2-3 years old lol)
A technician informed me that the French are not yet using Driveworks enough, and therefore are not able to report bugs properly.

Hello
Yesterday before answering you I did a test and I don't have this problem I can control the thickness well by driveworks express. I'm in SW 2014 SP4 and in my regional options I've replaced the comma with the period: I know that this influences SW a lot in several areas maybe there too.
@+
PS: I deleted my test but as soon as I can I do it again and drop it on the current question

If it works for you, I don't see why it wouldn't work for me!
Send me your test yes, that would be nice.
As for the comma, I'll see to change that!

The best answer is quite similar to the one I posted!
Too bad, no one won any points for this question, it's not very motivating!

Totally agree Lucas,
I put myself in the best answer because I thought it was me who solved it on my own, if I had known, I would have waited a little....
You got the one from the old post, that's already it =)
Since the new scale, I have stagnated at an average of 10 points per day..... Awesome!!!!! WOOOoOOOUUuU
(I crack.....) ^^
