I want to know how to use Loop Count to create multiple configurations?

Have you taken a look at the online help, there is a 'Looping' section for 'Generation Tasks':

This also mentions the 'Tech Tip' which is called 'Insert Component Generation Task' which shows this feature.

yes I know, but it doesn't always work it generates a single configuration!!

Knowing that I have 4 types of configurations in the assembly as well as the parts are  also with configurations

I use IF in the "Parent name" box so that it follows the parent configuration and takes the same constraints...

A screenshot of the Generation Tasks and the loop  would help us understand a little more.

If we can see the rules a little too...

just FYI, which versions of DriveWorks Pro are these? and have you installed/used Power Packs?
