Can the hatch scale of the detail view be separated from that of the parent view?

I don't think so, but it seems to me that you can delete and recreate them manually. I'll look into it afterwards and you'll keep you informed... (12:20 p.m. for those who are watching me)
If you click on the detail view, you can check or uncheck the "scale hatch patterns" box in the property manager.

Otherwise I do like this, I click on the automatic hatching and I put chosen none and then I do Hatched area/fill and there I choose different scale for the detail view and that of the parent. (4:20 p.m.)
