I want to make an exploded 3D model with about 200 parts to simulate an assembly order and make an animation of about 5 minutes.
Is there a solution?

Otherwise, Edrawings offers an automatic exploded function:
Open the SolidWorks file in Edrawings
Record a video of the screen with a tool like Camtasia ( http://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche10052-camtasia.html )
Activate the exploded with the E key if I remember correctly.

There is a solution, you must first create an exploded view (in the configuration pane, Right click, new exploded view).
Then, by configuring, a motion study, it is possible to adjust the speed, view, and zoom of the animation.
