Writing an equation

Hello

Can someone tell me how to write:

If the Ø A < 7 then the Ø B = 14

If the ØA > 7 but < 10 then the Ø B = 17

If the Ø A >10 then the Ø B = 21

in an equation in solidworks 2016?
