Following a simulation study, it is impossible for me to edit the Report.
Solidworks crashes and crashes at 22% editing.

Do you have Word?
You just have to know that Solidworks only works with WORD and no other word processing software.
SW uses Word when generating reports through a dedicated interface. This is probably why it crashes along the way when it tries to communicate with Word, if it is not available on your machine.
