Edrawing launches but does not display

Hello

I need to install the Edrawing viewer on another PC but after installation and launch it seems to boot as it should but does not display (see attached image). The problem is only present for Edrawing and persists even after 2 other reinstallations. Any idea?

Kind regards

Hello

Try to press windows+M

All the windows are reduced, no change except it.

I tried alt+tab to check that the window is opened correctly, it is.

I tried win+lock+left and right arrow in case the  window is on another screen that doesn't exist (I thought it was at first), doesn't work.

I tried win+up and down arrow to make the window bigger in case it's tiny to the point that you can't see it, doesn't work either.

Hello

Right-click on the title bar of the taskbar thumbnail and then maximize or restore?

No change, for me the window is open but invisible and not selectable. But I can't know if it comes from Edrawing or from the computer configs.

For your information, Edrawing was working in 2021 version and it's after the update to switch it to 2022 that it doesn't work anymore (the reinstallations were done directly with the 2022 installer and cause the same problem). I'll try to install with the SolidWorks installer tomorrow to see if it doesn't come from the installer.

Hello, doesn't work any better. The technical support thinks that it comes from the graphics card... We have put back the 2021 version that works... Thanks anyway to those who looked!

Kind regards

I am not sure if the translation will come through correctly.

I just encountered this issue with one of our clients. Please hover the mouse pointer over the taskbar icon to get the pop up preview image. From there right-click on the image, select move. Now press the left arrow key on your keyboard to bind the window to your mouse (This will be the same as dragging the window as you normally would.) Please mark this as a solution if this works for you as well.
