WELDED MECHANICAL ELEMENT WITH ANGNE IN OROGINE POSITION

I'm in the process of drawing a frame in square tubes from a 3D sketch. But when they are integrated, two of the tubes of my frame are systematically positioned with a rotation of the tube profile. With the rotation angle option I tried to compensate for this defect, but I didn't manage to get a perfectly aligned position with respect to the other tubes. Do you see where this angle comes from and how to solve this problem?

Usually, this happens to me, especially with pocons.

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the feature manager panel, you can align the profile to another entity
