Bevel gear

I would need help to design a bevel gear according to the dimensions given to me (see attached drawing). I have a planer that broke, I have to have this type of gear made. Where do we find the dimensions of the teeth modulus 1.5 mm nbr. of teeth 20.

Before sending my drawing to make me my gear, I want to be sure that it is not missing dimensions (gear is obsolete)

Thanks to my source of know-how.

On this site you can download the 3D model step:

https://www.michaud-chailly.fr/fr/roulement-transmission/direct-transmission/trans_d/fami_eng_d/type_t18_d/

You can buy standard ones here:

https://fr.rs-online.com/

Or on:

https://shop.hpceurope.com/fr/index.asp

If possible, it is better to modify (remanufacture) an existing gear than to redo it entirely.

At worst, if you want to do it only via machining, you start from the 3D of the 1st workstation and you add or remove the material of your choice.

Thank you for the answer, but I can't download  it, I do have an account with partcommunity but it asks me to activate my account which is linked to my email address.

I click on the first activation email and then I enter my email address from my partcommunity account and I don't receive anything, I checked in the spam box just in case.

I tried to act this account the same error

Ps: Do you have an idea, otherwise I'll wait for the answer from PartCommunity

Here is the attached file.

For my part, I access the library via the Lynkoa menu:

Productivity tool, Libraries, Padlocks (full access) can be accessed only through Mycadservice.

I also found this one more real (with teeth) in German, to modify it it's a bit of a hassle since in German and via macro in configuration edit the excel table in a new sheet, then click on daten Eigabe (if necessary the other button resets the sprocket) choose the module (Modul)

The number of teeth (Zahnezahl Rad) and the other info can be found on the diagram on the right. Then ok. and close the window, the room is rebuilt.
