I searched through the options and found nothing.

In the options, look in Messages/Errors/Warnings. Check the message to reappear.

Maybe a default backup and restore of the settings will fix the problem?
This solution will be the last resort;)
Answered a bit quickly, normally these are windows that you can't ignore (unless it has changed in versions higher than SW2014).
Try to restore the settings as indicated by azrod otherwise afterwards it's an inhibiting bug in SW and apart from a reinstallation, I don't see.

before reinstalling everything, try to see a Solidworks repair. Control panel then add/remove program and there look for Solidworks then right click on it then repair...
