Enter values in property for creating a library

Hi all

I'm currently following a tutorial on how to create a library, I have to enter data in the Propertie of the Decription and PipeIdentifier file   and  the value I have to enter. I don't have a matching choice in the drop-down menu, my question is how to proceed.

We can't see the images very well.

It is better to attach them.

Ok I'm looking at that.

The last 2 are at the top in terms of visibility.

The properties where there are arrows are just added by hand, they are text expressions. These are not default properties of SW, such as volume, mass, ...

In the tutorial I'm following  https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=GL0cL7MxCqA it mentions entering these two values, why are they just text?
