When I add a file to the vault by doing "Save As" in Solidworks, it doesn't have a state type yet and no category yet.
Do you think it is possible that the files are directly put into their workflow or is it absolutely necessary to do an archiving...???

Did you try to add a comma in your settings after the csv?

This is the normal behavior of Epdm. As long as the file is not archived at least once, it is only locally on the user workstation and has not yet been uploaded to the vault to generate the attachment of variables/workflows....
