We switched to Solidworks 2016 and EPDM 2016, so we had to reinstall all the workstations.
I have two workstations where I can't configure the vault view (with the view configuration tool).
After entering the name of my server, I arrive in the vault selection window. Only on these positions no view is offered to me.
I don't understand why! Is there an installation problem?

Do all your workstations have the same configuration and are up to date?
Do you know the IP address of the server where the safe is located? If so, can you ping with a CMD command (dos)?
Yes they are all up to date W10, PDM 2016 and Sld 2016.
Yes the server responds well, it's not a network prblm.
Are you really in SolidWorks 2016 SP which was released less than 2 weeks ago?
Because this SP2 version has fixed a lot of bugs I think.

You may have network problems on these users/workstations.
To eliminate this problem: modify the host file of the machine (which should be here: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc) to add the IP address and the name of all your EPDM servers.
Already you are sure that the machine will be able to find your "EPDM server" (if the user has access rights of course)
