Equation in the bending table

Hello;

I can't seem to add an equation using the  <bend Raduis> to indicate the type of Vé used.

(see thread: http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/3d/solidworks-notes-de-pliage-dans-mep)

My goal is to insert this type of eqation directly into my drawing (at best in my bend table) without the need to create properties that already exist...

of the genus: Vé=(IFF($bendradius=1.3|8|IFF($bend radius=2|12|err)

note: I am on Solidworks 2014

Have you tried:

V de 16 = If Bend radius =2.6 then 1 else 0

V de 32 = If bend radius=5 then 1 else 0

etc....

It's not working?

Be careful, I think you should avoid accents in the equations!

Thank you for your answers but it's not the equation that causes me the most problems, it doesn't seem possible to create it directly in a folding table (as is done on a nomenclature table).

If it's an Excel sheet like in the help, then it's possible, but with Excel formulas:

-> .PL I'm not talking about a folding zone table but a folding table in an MEP.

I'm looking to associate a Vé size according to the <BendRadius> or the <bend-allowance>

On 2014 I am also not access to equation in a table of bending area.

Here are the only solutions offered:

For me it is unfortunately not possible to insert the value of the vee in the folding zone table. I had called the hotline about this and we found nothing better than my DIY solution proposed on the other subject.

As for putting this value in the form of an equation in the folding table or template table, why not do it, you should be able to recover the value and there again I don't see how.

That said, why not open a point to make a request and there I follow you!

I don't understand why the folding area table is so limited!!

If solidworks considers a bent part in the same way as a mechanically welded body, it should be possible to import all the information present on the ownership of the body to this nomenclature, but according to the hotline this is not possible.

I tried to add an info (the Vés) on the *.xlsx sheet of the templates, but no way to import it into my MEP.

Same if I modify the "bendnoteformat.txt" file.... I'm thinking of going back to the solution you proposed on the other discussion...

It's a shame, but everything is within reach.

That's what I was saying, even if I was hoping to see you find a "cleaner" solution!
