I have two small questions about the equations in solidworks:
Can we parameterize the material of a part via equations?
Can we control the display or hiding of a part in the equations? By I mean the hide function and not the functions of deleting / not deleting parts. I want to try something via the hide function because with the delete function (deletion of a part in an assembly) I have the equations related to these parts (in the assembly) in error.
Hello g_chanson, It would be nice to know which version of Solidworks, as well as some screenshots, would help us best understand the question. For my part, I don't master macros too much, hoping that we can help find a solution... @+. AR.
Bonjour;
Il n’est pas possible (A ma connaissance) de « Cacher »/« Montrer » des composants depuis une équation.
Ci-dessous quelques informations utiles…
Thank you so much for the help! There is one thing that I can't find, and that's the control of the removal of an extrusion of a part from an assembly; When I write this (in Functions or equations - components) it tells me that it is invalid and I can't find the right syntax:
Is it possible to do what I'm looking for and if so, would you know how to write it? Thank you in advance
Not sure if this is feasible via equations Maybe by creating the 2 configs with the function and without then via family of parts in the assembly to choose the configuration (not possible to make this choice via equation)
