If you have an IT service or support, the best thing to do is to get in touch with them.

It's probably due to a timeout
Your connection must be too weak to transfer files, which means that the waiting time is exceeded.
Perform a flow test on http://www.degrouptest.com/test-debit.php
If it is your speed that is too low, contact your network administrator or operator.
