There is no solution because it is not a message of PB but of warning.
It warns the user that the constraints will be created under the active assembly (blue highlight in the graph).
This is in case an assembly contains subassemblies this message and there to remind you to pay attention to what level you are active.
By dint of habit we tick the box "Do not display this message anymore".
