Smoothing Rebuild Error

Hi all

I'm modeling a part and I'm having problems smoothing between my two sketches (I'm on SolidWorks 2008).

I tried with a 3D curve by converting the entities in my model but I get the error message "Can't make two planar end faces to cover the side of the sheet." And other times I get the zero thickness geometry error message.

And I don't see what SolidWorks is asking for to resolve the first error message.

I leave you attached a screenshot with the 3D sketch in entity conversion.

Here's another method that I tried but doesn't work either.

I shifted the sketch by 0.5mm in the models to avoid zero thickness geometries but I still get the same message

It was enough to sew the surfaces together and not select a second sketch but the sewn surface.
