Error during the requette under Enovia 2016

Hello

We have a problem under Enovia 2016 3Dexperience, for one of the users, when he makes requests with 3Dexperience, we get an error message (see attached image).

We tested on 2 different stations and the problem is the same with his account. We don't have a problem with other accounts.

Have you ever had this problem and how to fix it?

When the user logged off, SQL processes remained running and blocked new queries.

Restarting the SQL Server service unblocked the situation.

CAREFUL! it is preferable that other users leave Enovia before this is done.
